If you love seafood, by all means try this recipe! Squid, octopus are suitable both boiled and pickled. In both cases, it turns out incredibly tasty. I advise you to use sea cabbage clean without additives.
Ingredients
- Sea cabbage - 250 g
- Squid (boiled) – 2 carcasses
- Octopus (boiled) – 150 g
- Tomatoes - 100 g
- Lettuce - halfpuchka
- Onion - half
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 tbsp.l.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
- Lemon zest - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop squid, octopus, tomatoes and peeled onion.
Tear the salad leaves into pieces with your hands.
Cut too long seaweed with kitchen scissors. If you are satisfied with its length, you can skip this step.
Mix seaweed, squid, octopus, tomatoes, onion and lettuce.
Add salt, ground pepper and lemon zest.
Pour in lemon juice, oil and mix with salad tongs.
