Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the beetroot in foil until soft, about an hour at 180 degrees.
Boil the quinoa according to the instructions.
Dice beets, chicken and tomatoes, add peas and mix with quinoa.
Add chopped herbs and crushed garlic, and season the salad with oil.
Sprinkle everything with crumbled feta.
