Ingredients
- Beef - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 6 pieces
- Radish - 6 pieces
- Arugula - 2 handfuls
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Parmesan - 60 g
- A mixture of peppers with peas (ground) – 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the beef and cut into thin slices.
Cherry, cucumbers and radishes cut into circles. Add all the greens.
Season the salad with pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle all the parmesan on top.
