Many are still afraid to cook mussels in shells because they don't know what to do with them. In fact, they are simply elementary cooked literally in a matter of minutes. I tell you how to cook them for such a simple Mediterranean salad.
Ingredients
- Mussels - 300 g
- Shrimp - 250 g
- Water - 1 l
- Wine - 100 ml
- Spices and seasonings (for mussels) – 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 2 handfuls
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the water, pour in the wine and add the spices. Boil for a couple of minutes.
Add the mussels in the shells and cook for another 4-5 minutes. Mussels that have not opened, throw them away.
On high heat, quickly fry the shrimp until browned and pour soy sauce over it.
Boil the eggs separately, let cool and cut in half.
Chop the onion and cherry, put the salad on plates. If desired, season with oil.
