You can cook this salad from any meat. The main thing is that it should be soft. I like adding chicken the most. Bright ingredients look very nice in a plate. Additionally, you can add sesame seeds, nuts, flax seeds or pumpkin.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet (boiled) – 400 g
- Yellow tomatoes - 150 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Spinach (baby) – 200 g
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Arugula - 20 g
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken fillet until golden brown.
Cool the meat slightly and cut into small pieces.
Chop the peeled onion and both types of tomatoes.
Mix spinach, arugula, tomatoes, onion and chicken fillet.
Add salt, olive oil and mix gently.
