Another wonderful recipe for connoisseurs of spicy cuisine. It is supposed to be cooked in advance so that the dish has time to brew in the refrigerator. String beans can be lightly browned in a frying pan or simply cooked, as I did.
Ingredients
- Korean carrots - 300 g
- Cucumbers - 300 g
- String beans - 150 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Sesame - 1 art.l.
- Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the string beans and boil for 5 minutes in salted water.
Flip into a colander and leave all the liquid to drain.
Cut cucumbers into small cubes.
Mix cucumbers, garlic passed through a press, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt and ground pepper. Cover with a lid and leave for 20 minutes.
Add string beans, Korean carrots, sesame seeds and oil. Once again, gently mix the salad and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
