A very unusual and original recipe for salad with crab sticks when you want something spicy. Oyster mushrooms or other mushrooms will do instead of shiitake, and sometimes I add eggplant. You don't have to take spices – there are enough of them in Korean carrots.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Korean carrots - 150 g
- Shiitake - 200 g
- Bow purple - 60 g
- Dill - 30 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Hot red pepper - 0.5 pod
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut crab sticks, purple onions and shiitake mushrooms into strips.
Fry the mushrooms in a spoonful of olive oil until soft.
Mix the remaining olive oil with sesame oil, add soy sauce, crushed garlic, crushed pepper and chopped herbs.
Mix all the salad ingredients with the dressing.
