I cook such a simple salad with pickled mussels and capers. Then the whole process takes literally a few minutes. There are no difficulties, and as a result – quite an exquisite, but also delicious and healthy dish.
Ingredients
- Mussels (pickled) – 250 g
- Capers - 2 art.l.
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Parmesan - 80 g
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the cherry, chop the bell pepper and add the mussels.
Add capers and grated or chopped parmesan to the salad.
Pour olive oil over the salad.
