Salmon is the very product that does not need complex marinades and additives. It's already good on its own, so you can safely cook it separately. For example, it turns out delicious if you just bake it with garlic. Moreover, for those 15-20 minutes, nothing will definitely burn.

Ingredients

  • Salmon - 4 pieces
  • Garlic - 6 teeth
  • Ginger - 2 see
  • Ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
  • Sea salt - 0.5 tsp.
  • Greenery - 2 twigs
  • Olive oil - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Coat the salmon slices with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the garlic, ginger and herbs, and also rub the fish on top.

Bake on parchment for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
