Potato casserole with minced meat and cheese in the oven

A little grated cheese will easily decorate any casserole. Especially potato, because these products are very harmoniously combined. And instead of filling, we'll take some homemade minced meat to make it even tastier and more satisfying.
Ingredients
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Minced meat - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter - 50 g
- Feta - 100 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Parsley - 0.5 beam
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the potatoes until ready and mash in mashed potatoes with butter.
Add the egg and crumbled feta, and mix everything together.
Chop the parsley and onion, mix with the minced meat, season and fry until tender.
Put the potatoes, minced meat and potatoes in layers into the mold.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and cook the casserole in the oven for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
