These mushrooms are easy to recognize by the stylish hat, beautiful yellow color and amazing taste! At the first opportunity, be sure to prepare salted chanterelles for the winter. I do not add spices and vinegar, so as not to interrupt the wonderful aroma of mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Chanterelles - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 piece
- Salt - 150 g
- Water - 800 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash chanterelles from dirt and sand. Peel and slice the onion.
Fill the mushrooms with cold water, add a little salt and boil for 10 minutes.
Flip the chanterelles into a colander and leave to drain.
Prepare the marinade: mix water with salt, bring to a boil.
Place onions and mushrooms in prepared jars, pour hot marinade and sterilize for 5 minutes.
Roll up, turn the jars upside down and wrap them with a thick towel for a day.
