- Purple onion - 1 piece
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Herring (fillet) – 200 g
- Gherkins (pickled) – 4 pieces
- Grainy mustard - 4 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Brush the bread with grainy mustard.
Lay out the onion rings and dill sprigs.
Put the herring slices on top and the gherkin halves on them.
