This recipe is slightly different from a number of similar ones. Here the products are ground in a meat grinder and baked in the oven. Try it and you can easily cook pork liver pate at home. Fat and meat can be replaced with a podcherevk.
Ingredients
- Pork liver - 500 g
- Pork (collar) – 250 g
- Lard (salty) – 50 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Butter - 30 g
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Bay leaf (ground) – 0,3 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Milk - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour cold milk over the pork liver for 20 minutes.
Mince pork, pork liver, lard and peeled onion.
Mix everything, add soft butter, spices and salt.
Put in a greased mold, cover with a double layer of foil and bake for 1.5 hours at 150 degrees.
Cool the finished pate and, if desired, additionally puree with an immersion blender.
