Canapes with stuffed cherry tomatoes look very elegant and immediately attract attention. It is impossible to resist such a combination of ingredients. It turns out delicious, fresh and beautiful – and what else is needed for the holiday.
Ingredients
- Bread Rolls - 4 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Olives - 4 pieces
- Dill - 4 twigs
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Chili pepper - 0,5 pods
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Spices and seasonings - 0,5 tsp.
- Cottage cheese - 150 g
- Ham - 4 slices
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix cottage cheese with chopped herbs, garlic and spices.
Cut off the top of the cherry tomatoes, carefully remove the pulp with a small spoon and stuff with cheese.
With the remaining cheese, grease the loaves and place them in the center of the cherry.
Decorate the canapes with sliced rings of olives, chili and herbs.
Put a slice of ham on each stuffed tomato.
