It can be difficult to come up with what can be cooked from cod liver – after all, it is a rather peculiar ingredient. Most of all I like to make it into a spread for sandwiches. And today I will share my favorite recipe with eggs. Delicious and not too greasy!
Ingredients
- Cod liver - 1 bank
- Processed cheese - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Dill - 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil hard-boiled eggs and finely chop.
Finely chop the onion.
Grind cod liver and melted cheese in a blender.
Mix all the ingredients for the spread.
