I love adding orange to any jam. For example, in currant. Once I tried this idea just out of interest, and discovered how much such a trifle transforms the taste of your favorite delicacy. I advise you to try it too.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Go through the currants.

Squeeze the orange juice and add it to the currant.

Add sugar and leave everything for a couple of hours or even overnight.

Bring the billet to a boil and cook the jam for 15 minutes.

Put it in clean sterilized jars.
