A very unusual way of cooking borscht is using pots for baking. We will have to take into account several changes in the classic Ukrainian recipe, but the result is definitely worth it. Very tasty, and the serving is also good!

Fill the beef with water and boil for about an hour until tender.
Grate beets, carrots and onions. Fry for a couple of minutes, add the tomato and a little broth, and simmer under the lid.
Chop the cabbage and slice the potatoes.
Put meat, potatoes, cabbage in pots and roast on top. Season it.
Pour the broth and send the peas to the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle the borscht with chopped herbs and garlic.
