Surely you haven't tried pilaf with raisins yet. This is an amazingly harmonious and very tasty dish! It can be cooked with any meat. Usually raisins are soaked in recipes, but this is not necessary here. The dried fruit will become softer during the cooking process.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Wash the pork, dry it and cut it into small pieces.

Grate carrots, peel onions and finely chop.

Wash the raisins with boiling water and dry them thoroughly with paper towels.

Turn on the slow cooker in the "Frying" mode, heat the oil and fry the pork until golden brown.

Add spices, raisins, stir and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

Add onion and carrot and fry for 5 minutes. Vegetables should be lightly browned.

Add the washed rice, hot water, salt and close the lid.

Turn on the Pilaf program for 45 minutes. After the beep, do not open the lid for another 10-15 minutes.
