Ingredients
- Mutton - 600 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Tomato sauce - 50 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Rosemary (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the lamb and peeled onion.
Turn on the "Frying" mode, heat half the oil and fry the onion until golden brown.
Add tomato sauce, spices and garlic passed through the press. Cook for 5 minutes, and then transfer to a separate container.
Pour the remaining oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and brown the lamb well.
Add flour and mix.
Add vegetable stock, hot water and salt to the meat. Close the lid and turn on the "Extinguishing" program for 2.5 hours.
