Step-by-step cooking recipe
If there is a bone in the thigh, it needs to be cut out. You also need to cut off excess fat, cartilage.
Put your thighs on the board, cover with cling film and beat off with a cooking hammer. Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix eggs, salt, spices, mayonnaise.
Pour wheat flour into a bowl.
Stir the ingredients with a whisk until a homogeneous batter without lumps is obtained.
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Dip each piece of chicken into the batter and put it in the pan. Fry on low heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve the chops hot or slightly cooled, along with any sauce, herbs and vegetables.
