Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1 kg
- Potatoes - 700 g
- Thyme - 0.5 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 30 ml
- Olive oil - 30 ml
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
- Grainy mustard - 1 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 4 of the clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix soy sauce, oil, mustard, spices and crushed garlic.
Marinate the ribs for 1 hour.
Put the ribs on foil directly on the peeled potatoes, pour all the marinade remnants and sprinkle with thyme.
Wrap the foil and bake the ribs in the oven for 1.5 hours at 180 degrees.
