Salads with pear and blue cheese never get bored – this combination has long been a classic. This time I suggest diluting it with chicken baked in paprika. When serving, you can lightly tart the dish with the same paprika or chili flakes.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Salad mix (any greens) – 200 g
- Pear - 1 piece
- Walnuts - 70 g
- Cranberries (dried) – 60 g
- Cheese Dor Blue - 70 g
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
- Paprika - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken with a small amount of olive oil, roll generously in paprika and wrap in foil.
Bake the fillets in the oven for about half an hour at 180-200 degrees, and then cut them arbitrarily.
Cut the pear into thin slices and put it on salad greens along with the chicken.
Sprinkle the salad with the remaining oil, sprinkle with chopped nuts and cranberries.
At the very end, crumble the blue cheese Dor Blue on top.
