I call this salad ten minutes. I cook the egg for 5 minutes and mix the ingredients for 5 minutes. And it tastes like a salad from a chef in one of the best restaurants in the city. Treat yourself and don't waste hours near the stove.
Ingredients
- Avocado - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Lemon - 1 half
- Spinach - 100 g
- Walnuts - 20 g
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.l
- Spices and seasonings - 1 h.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the egg, remove the shell and cut into small cubes.
Separate the bone from the avocado, cut the flesh into cubes.
Chop the nuts in a mortar, add mustard, lemon juice, salt and spices to taste.
Form a salad. Put the spinach on a plate, add the egg and avocado. Carefully pour over the dressing and serve for breakfast or as an addition to lunch or dinner.
