Salad with salmon and avocado is a storehouse of healthy fats that are so necessary for our body. Basil and other aromatic herbs perfectly set off the taste of the main ingredients. For this recipe, I recommend using lightly salted red fish.
Ingredients
- Salmon (lightly salted) – 200 g
- Basil - 30 g
- Arugula - 30 g
- Salad mix - 30 g
- Greenery - 0,5 beam
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 pinch
- Lemon - 0,5 pieces
- Italian herbs - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the salmon and avocado into approximately the same cube, and the purple onion into thin rings.
Rinse and randomly chop all the greens, mix the salad.
Sprinkle the dish with lemon juice and garnish with lemon slices.
Season the salad with a ground mixture of peppers and Italian herbs.
