This Thai-style salad will definitely appeal to all lovers of spicy Asian cuisine. The main ingredients are mussels, shrimp and fresh vegetables. I advise you to serve the dish with thin airy rice chips.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces
- Salad mix - 2-3 handfuls
- Sprouted grains - 2 handfuls
- Parsley - 4 twigs
- Cherry tomatoes - 160 g
- Mussels - 200 g
- Shrimp - 200 g
- Sesame oil - 4 art.l.
- Sesame - 2 tbsp.l.
- Lemongrass - 2 twigs
- Hot red pepper - 2 pinches
- Orange peel - 1 tsp.
- Ground pink pepper - 2 pinches
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Rosemary - 1 twig
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the mussels and shrimp in a small amount of sesame oil over high heat.
Chop the lemongrass, garlic, zest and rosemary. Add all the spices and mix with the remaining oil for dressing.
Cut the cucumbers into thin plates using a vegetable peeler.
Cut the cherry into pieces, add all the greens and mix the salad. Pour over the dressing.
