Here is such an unusual salad I once prepared as an experiment, and the trick was definitely a success. Most often sour apples are used as snacks, but here I advise you to take sweet or sweet-sour red varieties. The main thing is that they are juicy.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Spinach - 1 bundle
- Apples - 1 piece
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Nuts - 1 handful
- Cranberries (dried) – 1 handful
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Rub the chicken fillet with spices, sprinkle with lemon juice, wrap in foil and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Wash the spinach leaves, let them dry and arrange them nicely in a plate.
Place the apple slices and sliced baked fillet on top.
Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts and dried cranberries.
Sprinkle it with olive oil and serve. Sometimes I make a yogurt dressing with spices.
