If you have some fried mushrooms, you can make a very quick and delicious salad from them in just a couple of minutes. It is enough to add lettuce, and a couple more ingredients, which I will tell you about later in the recipe.
Ingredients
- Lettuce - 1 bundle
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Cheese - 150 g
- Green peas - 0.5 beam
- Olive oil - 2 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the mushrooms into plates and fry on both sides until tender.
Coarsely pick lettuce, chop green onions and grate cheese on a grater.
Mix the salad and season with olive oil.
