Step-by-step cooking recipe
Bake the beets in the oven until cooked for about an hour, depending on the size.
Cut the beetroot into medium cubes, and the kiwi into circles. Pick salad leaves with your hands.
Cut the purple onion into feathers, and mix all the ingredients.
Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the salad, season to taste and sprinkle with seeds.
