I really like salads with meat and herbs. They can be served on a festive table, cooked just like that and taken with you for a snack. Recently, I especially liked the turkey, avocado and arugula salad. I will tell you about it in the next recipe.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the boiled turkey in vegetable oil for 3 minutes on each side.
Cool the roasted turkey and cut into small pieces.
Peel the avocado, chop and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Chop tomatoes and fresh cucumber.
Wash the arugula, basil, shake off excess water and tear with your hands.
In a large salad bowl, mix arugula, basil, turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers and avocado.
Add salt, ground black pepper, red pepper flakes and olive oil. Gently mix the salad with special tongs.
