Carrots for this recipe are better to boil or bake in advance. Although I sometimes use Korean – and it turns out pretty good too. Such a salad with ham is appropriate even at a festive family feast.
Ingredients
- Ham - 300 g
- Carrots (boiled or baked) – 3 pieces
- Pickled mushrooms - 250 g
- Dill - 1 bundle
- Potatoes (boiled or baked) – 3 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 100 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut carrots, potatoes and ham into thin strips.
Arbitrarily chop the pickled mushrooms and chop the dill.
Season the salad with mayonnaise.
