I decided to change the popular recipe a little and cook a pork kebab with potatoes in a cauldron. It turned out to be satisfying and delicious. I had meat with a lot of fat, so I didn't need a lot of vegetable oil.

Cut pork into medium pieces.
Put in a cauldron with hot oil and fry until browned. Catch it with a slotted spoon and put it on a plate.
Peel the potatoes.
Carefully place in a cauldron with the remaining oil and fry until golden brown. Fish out the fried potatoes with a slotted spoon and put them on a plate.
Finely chop the peeled onion and garlic.
Pour onion and garlic into a cauldron with oil, add spices and salt.
After 2 minutes, pour in hot water, add meat and potatoes.
Cover with an inverted plate, and then also with a lid. Simmer the cauldron kebab on low heat for 1 hour.
