- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Spinach - 150 g
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fry the spinach in butter so that it completely melts.
Cut the fillet lengthwise, spread it out with a book and fold both pieces overlap.
Beat off the fillet to make a solid thin layer.
Sprinkle the chicken with spices to taste, put spinach on one side and twist the roll.
Wrap the chicken roll in foil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
