Ingredients
- Chicken hearts - 1 kg
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Mustard (acute) – 2 tbsp.l .
- Honey - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt (without slide) – 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Clean the chicken hearts from the films and vessels, rinse, put them in a bowl.
Add mustard, butter, honey, ground coriander and salt. Stir, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 4 hours.
Soak the skewers in cold water for 15 minutes.
Put the hearts on skewers and fry on the grill for 15-20 minutes, turning them over often.
