Most often meatballs or hedgehogs are cooked with rice. But you can also make classic cutlets. Especially when it comes to minced chicken. Any additions will only decorate it. For convenience and simplicity, fry these cutlets in a frying pan.
Ingredients
- Minced chicken - 400 g
- Fig - 80 g
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Semolina - 2-3 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender and mix with the minced meat.
Add spices, egg and a spoonful of semolina, and mix.
Form the cutlets, sprinkle with the remaining semolina and fry them in a frying pan on both sides over medium heat.
