Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Lemon zest - 1 art.l.
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve. Mix with grated carrots and zest.
Beat the eggs and mix them with cottage cheese too. Add spices and starch.
Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
