If you can make cutlets from fish or seafood, why not try to make them from crab sticks? This idea first came to my mind quite a long time ago, and since then I have periodically surprised the household with an original dish.
Ingredients
- Crab sticks - 200 g
- Cheese - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 20 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 60 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the frozen crab sticks on a fine grater or grind in a blender.
Add grated cheese and crushed garlic to them, mix and add salt. You can season it with any spices to taste.
Add the eggs, stir the minced meat and gradually add the flour.
Form cutlets and fry them in vegetable oil immediately or roll them in breadcrumbs first.
