- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Minced meat - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a fine grater. Drain the excess liquid and rub one onion in the same place.
Add egg, sour cream, flour and spices, and mix everything.
Rub the second onion and mix it with the minced meat. Add a spoonful of water and season it too.
Preheat a frying pan with oil and put a portion of potato mass. Put a portion of minced meat on it, and again a portion of potatoes.
Fry the draniki until browned, turn over and fry on the other side.
Bring them to readiness in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
