- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Cherry tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 120 ml
- Cheese (solid) – 60 g
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Greenery (any) – a couple of twigs
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Olive oil - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cherry tomatoes and greens.
Grate the hard cheese on a grater.
Mix eggs with milk, salt and ground pepper. Lightly whisk the mass with a fork.
Add tomatoes, cheese, herbs and garlic passed through the press.
Grease the mold with olive oil, pour in the prepared mixture and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
