In my family, baked ribs are simply adored, so I have to cook them often. I recently tried a recipe with onion powder and spices. It turned out very fragrant and delicious. Try it, you'll like it too!
Ingredients
For Ribs:
- Pork ribs - 1,5 kg
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
- Nutmeg - 2 tbsp.l .
- Ground coriander - 1 art.l.
- Salt (large) – 1 tbsp.l.
For sauce:
- Onion powder (with slide) – 1 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 art.l.
- Honey - 1 art.l.
- Tomato sauce - 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the pork ribs, dry them with a paper towel and peel off the films.
Rub the ribs well with salt, bay leaf, ground coriander and nutmeg.
Put the ribs on the grill and bake for 1 hour at 180 degrees. Be sure to put a baking tray under the bottom, because fat will drip from the ribs.
Mix soy and tomato sauces, onion powder, honey.
Brush the ribs with the sauce and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. After turning off, leave the dish in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
