Ketchup is a favorite seasoning that is added to many meat dishes. Moreover, this can be done not only in ready-made. Try baking ribs with ketchup. It's amazingly delicious and simple!
Ingredients
- Pork ribs - 1,5 kg
- Ketchup - 4 art.l.
- Ground red pepper - 1 tsp.
- Bay leaf (ground) – 1 tsp.
- Salt (large) – 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the ribs and dry them with paper towels.
Cut off the films, excess fat and cut the ribs in segments.
Mix all the dry ingredients: salt, ground red pepper and ground bay leaf.
Rub each piece thoroughly with the resulting mixture.
Put everything in a bowl and set aside for 1 hour.
Grease the ribs with ketchup, put them on a baking sheet covered with foil, cover with a second sheet of foil and bake for 45 minutes.
Carefully remove the top sheet of foil and continue cooking for another 20 minutes. Should form a beautiful ruddy crust.
Put the ribs on a plate and garnish with fresh parsley.
