- Fish (fillet) – 300 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Tomatoes - 200 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 2 clove
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the rice until tender. Cut the fish into pieces, tomatoes into circles, and grate the cheese.
Whisk sour cream with egg, chopped herbs and crushed garlic. Add spices.
Put the rice in the mold, smear with sour cream, put the fish and smear with sour cream again.
Spread the tomatoes on top and cover everything with cheese.
Put the casserole in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
