- Trout (500-600 g) – 1 carcass

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the trout: remove the scales, gut and rinse.
Dry the fish with a paper towel. Rub with salt and pepper, brush with oil. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Put the trout on a greased grill and fry on the grill for 5-7 minutes on each side.
