- Bell pepper (green) – 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.2 kg
- Onion - 300 g
- Garlic - 1 head
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Salt - 15 g
- Sugar - 25 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put tomatoes through a meat grinder. Add butter, salt and sugar.
Boil the tomato for 10 minutes after boiling.
Put the chopped onion and green pepper there.
Boil for another 35-40 minutes.
