There are several horseradish bushes growing in our garden. This is an indispensable plant in the conservation season. I recently discovered an amazing recipe for horseradish leaf seasoning. It can be added to soups, sauces, various meat and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients
- Horseradish (leaves) – 200 g
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Lime juice - 100 ml
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground red pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop horseradish leaves in a blender.
Mix the resulting mass with spices, salt, oil and lime juice.
Mix, arrange in clean, dry jars, close tightly with lids and put away for storage in the refrigerator.
