Every housewife has her own tricks in cooking pickled cucumbers. A wide variety of additives are used, which allow you to get a new taste every time. Today I want to share with you a recipe for cucumbers without horseradish – for those who do not like its specific taste.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Water - 1 l
- Vinegar - 40 ml
- A mixture of peppers with peas - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 art.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Garlic - 1 head
- Dill - 4 umbrella
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak cucumbers for a couple of hours in cold water.
Put cucumbers, garlic, dill and other additives to taste in clean jars.
Pour boiling water and leave to cool under the lid.
Drain this water, add salt, sugar and pepper to it, and boil it again.
Add vinegar and pour the marinade over the cucumbers.
Roll them up for the winter.
