Cheesecake without cheese – sounds fantastically contradictory, doesn't it? But everything is much simpler. I want to share with you a proven recipe. Its main advantage is that the base of such a cheesecake turns out to have just the perfect texture and consistency.
Ingredients
- Cookies (sand) – 300 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Sugar - 180 g
- Sour cream (20%) – 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Corn Starch - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vanillin - 1 pinch
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the cookies into crumbs, mix with melted butter and tamp into a mold with sides.
Bake the base for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven.
Whisk sour cream with sugar, vanilla, eggs and starch until smooth.
Pour the mass on the cake and bake the cheesecake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 160 degrees.
Let the cheesecake cool and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
