Classic parfait is a rather greasy dessert, because it is made from heavy cream. I have a wonderful lightweight version based on sour cream. It works best with a beautiful and juicy fresh kiwi.
Ingredients
- Cornflakes (or granola) – 100 g
- Kiwi - 3-4 pieces
- Sour cream - 800 g
- Apple juice - 100 ml
- Gelatin - 25 g
- Sugar Substitute - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the gelatin with apple juice and leave for 20 minutes.
Whisk sour cream with sugar substitute, add gelatin and mix gently.
Cut kiwi into small cubes and lay out layers of sour cream, kiwi, granola, sour cream again, and so on several times.
Send the dessert to the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
