This cake is now at the peak of popularity. Adults and children adore him. Please note that it should be cooked at a temperature of 100 degrees. It is not necessary to dry the meringue too much. If desired, it can remain slightly stretched inside.

Ingredients

For meringue:
  • Egg whites (chilled) – 4 pieces
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • Powdered sugar - 200 g
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.
  • Starch - 1 tbsp.l.

Beat the cooled whites with salt until sharp peaks.

Continuing to beat, add lemon juice, powdered sugar and starch.

On baking paper, draw two circles with a pencil 20 centimeters in diameter. Put the protein mass on each one.

Bake the cakes for 1.5-2 hours in an oven preheated to 100 degrees.

Whisk cream with powdered sugar.

Add the curd cheese and whisk for another 2-3 minutes.

Smear the cooled cakes with cream and serve immediately.
