- Cream (33% fat content.) – 250 ml
- Cottage cheese - 100 g
- Powdered sugar - 3 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the cooled whites with salt until sharp peaks.
Continuing to beat, add lemon juice, powdered sugar and starch.
On baking paper, draw two circles with a pencil 20 centimeters in diameter. Put the protein mass on each one.
Bake the cakes for 1.5-2 hours in an oven preheated to 100 degrees.
Whisk cream with powdered sugar.
Add the curd cheese and whisk for another 2-3 minutes.
Smear the cooled cakes with cream and serve immediately.
