Ingredients
- Kefir - 250 ml
- Flour - 250 g
- Baking powder dough - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 150 g
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Butter - 120 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Berries - 150 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, salt and baking powder.
Mix the melted butter with sugar and eggs with a mixer.
Add kefir and whisk again. Gradually add the dry mixture and knead the dough.
At the end, add the berries, mix and spread the dough into molds.
Bake the cupcakes in the oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
