If you need something as fast and satisfying as possible, but without meat – catch this protein bean salad. There are several types of canned beans, chickpeas and corn. Quite a lot of calories, but even more benefits!
Ingredients
- Red Beans - 1 bank
- Chickpeas - 1 bank
- Beans (white) – 1 bank
- Beans (black) – 1 bank
- Corn - 1 bank
- String beans - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Bow purple - 2 pieces
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Drain the liquid from all jars and rinse the legumes as needed.
Boil the string beans for a couple of minutes until soft.
Chop onion and pepper into small cubes.
Mix all the ingredients, season the salad and season with olive oil.
